Dear clients!

We always prioritize the safety of your data and funds when processing any transactions on our platform. However, this should never be a reason to let your guard down. Even virtual currencies cannot fully protect you from fraud or personal inattention.

That’s why we would like to share a few tips to enhance your security:

  1. 1. Be careful when filling out exchange forms, especially the account number fields and payment details. Even a small error can result in your funds being sent to an unknown destination with no way to recover them.
  2. 2. Do not use your personal bank accounts to process funds that belong to third parties. There have been cases where users, acting for a reward, unknowingly became accomplices to financial crimes.
  3. 3. If you involve a third party in your exchange (by using their wallet, card, or account), you are solely responsible for their integrity and actions. We do not take responsibility for transactions conducted on your behalf by third parties.
  4. 4. If you receive suspicious messages “on our behalf” from accounts that resemble ours or from other sources, do not follow the instructions and report them to our support team immediately. We never ask clients to conduct transactions using their personal accounts, offer loans, or propose “investment opportunities.” We also never request your private information, PINs, private keys, seed phrases, or similar data.

Please also note: if for any reason you wish to cancel an exchange AFTER payment has been made, refunds will be issued at the current rate, minus 5% of the exchange amount, along with any service-related costs (payment systеm fees, rate changes, etc.).
Keep in mind that our service does not provide loans, does not borrow funds from users, and does not accept donations.

A few more general safety rules to protect yourself from fraud:

  1. 1. Double-check the domain name of the service website, as scammers often create fake sites with a minor letter change to trick users. The same applies to social media usernames, scammers frequently impersonate official pages.
  2. 2. Be precise when entering your transaction details
  3. 3. Avoid performing transactions while connected to public Wi-Fi.
  4. 4. Before virtual assets reach your account, use specialized tools to verify they are “clean.
  5. 5. Choose financial services with a good reputation and real user reviews, like AnyExchange.

With care for your financial well-being, The AnyExchange Team.
